Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your shade — if the Serum Foundation isn't the right match, we offer one exchange per customer for a different shade of the Serum Foundation. To qualify, the bottle must be lightly used and the exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Email us at divinebotanicabeauty@yahoo.com within that window to start an exchange.

If your item arrives broken or damaged, email us at divinebotanicabeauty@yahoo.com and we'll send a replacement.

We don't offer refunds due to the handmade, personal nature of our products.
